APEX® 2000 RoIP Mobile Dispatch System

The Apex® 2000 Radio over IP (RoIP) interoperability system sets new standards of performance, flexibility and ease of operation for mobile vehicle first responder and Emergency Operation Center mission critical communication systems.  The rugged Apex 2000 serves public safety, homeland security and tactical military first responder needs for mobile vehicle and transportable dispatch systems.

The Apex 2000 system combines a Radio over IP (RoIP) dispatch console server, call manager and conference bridge in a lightweight 2U rack mount system. The Apex 2000 may be operated from a PC based dispatch console or from its built-in control panel. The dispatch operator may place and receive calls, control radio patching and configure talk nets from the APEX 2000 front panel, laptop, or touchscreen PC. The Apex 2000 embedded call manager allows the dispatch operator to configure radio interoperability with SATCOM, GSM/CDMA, VoIP (Voice over IP), SIP devices, cellular, wireless intercom and wire line telephone systems.

Apex 2000 supports multiple simultaneous radio repeater, cross-patch and conference network connections.  An embedded Call Manager provides unattended dial access to radio conference nets from any Apex 2000 networked device.

Apex 2000 integrates 6 radio ports, 6 serial data ports, 4 FXO and 4 FXS “POTS” ports, PRI E1/T1, operator panel, SIP VoIP gateway, softswitch, call manager and client server into a single rugged, light weight and 120/240VAC, battery or vehicle powered rack mount chassis.
