Constellation^® Dispatch System

The Constellation system combines an RoIP dispatch console server, call manager, legacy communications systems gateway and conference bridge in a single compact rack mount system. PC based dispatch console operators may network with Constellation to monitor multiple radio nets, place and receive calls, control radio patching and configure talk nets. The Constellation embedded call manager allows the dispatch operator to interoperate with VoIP (Voice over IP) SIP devices, cellular, wireless intercom and wire line telephone systems.  The advanced Constellation technology will operate reliably over high packet loss and high delay SATCOM VoIP networks.

Constellation supports multiple simultaneous radio repeater, cross-patch and conference network connections.  An embedded Call Manager provides unattended dial access to radio conference nets from any Constellation networked device. Constellation may be configured for redundant operation with no single points of failure for extreme reliability and up time.

Constellation is available in 8 to 48 radio ports capacity.   Standard features include a SIP VoIP gateway, softswitch, call manager, client server, instant recall, extended temperature range operation and operation from AC or DC power,  Options include Voice logging, remote radio and remote access monitoring and control, P25 vocoders, FXO and FXS “POTS” ports, E&M trunk ports and PRI E1/T1 interfaces.
